Lily Dizon


Lily teaches Hatha-Flow, Yin and Yang, and Mysore-style Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. She aspires to be helpful through her alignment and breath-based instructions and hands-on adjustments. Her approach to teaching is deliberatively non-dogmatic, allowing her to hold space for students to find and define their own, true, personal practice.

She also teaches pranayama and meditation, has led retreats in Bali, Saigon, Hoi An, Hanoi and Nha Trang, in Vietnam, and has taught classes and workshops in Stockholm, Macau, Southern France and Mumbai.

Lily trained with Yogaworks in Los Angeles. She is immeasurably grateful to have crossed paths with the teachings of Thay Thich Nhat Hanh,  Alexander Medin, Chuck Miller, Maty Ezraty, Lisa Walford, Yogasana, Yoga Mala and Yoga Shala West.
