Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga which targets the connective tissue of the body, increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility through poses which are held for a bit longer periods of time. A meditative approach to cultivate a calm mind, gentle effort is required in a Yin yoga class.

Meditation are based on the teachings of Master Nan Huai Chin, Anapanasati and Quiet sitting.
