Ashtanga: Mysore Sunday Practice with Dorothy

- Curious about the WHAT, WHY, HOW of Mysore-style class

Dorothy Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (200hrs)

Period: *4 PHASES* over 1 year (2025-26):

Module 1: Philosophy/Yoga Sutra Study

Module 2: Hands-on Adjustments & Yoga Therapy

Module 3: Asana Clinic

Module 4: Sanskrit Counting, Vedic Chanting & Pranayama

Halfway through the training, teacher trainees are required to assist in classes to practice hands-on adjustments. WhatsApp us for more details.

About Dorothy Loh

She has been practicing the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga over 15 years, under direct mentorship of Manju Jois and John Scott.

She has since been assisting and teaching with John across the world to pass on her limited knowledge of Yoga to the growing community.

She is authorised by Manju to teach officially under the European Academy of  Yoga.
