Balancing body, breath, and mind. Tian Zhen Tai Chi (天真太极) helps to realign one’s energy through the harmonious balance of Yin Yang (阴阳), and the five elemental energies (五行). The aim is to prevent the body’s “weak links” from causing problems down the road and to strengthen one’s immune system. This 90-minute class includes warm-ups, five season health cultivation practice, tai qi breathing, and movement exercises, followed by meditation.
