A healing and still practice designed to increase mobility and juiciness of fascia (connective tissues) and joints, release tension and stress, harmonise the flow of Qi and balance the organ health and emotional & mental well-being. In this class, you will be cultivating mindfulness, marinating in still and long-held yin poses with the appropriate use of lacrosse balls to promote openness and release of tension in your body (myofascia release). Some Qigong and Gynokinese-inspired exercises, chanting and breath work may be included.
